"Without offending neither German nor French cuisine, I consider Russian food to be healthier and more useful at any respect. Our cuisine reflects our habits, our century experience; our traditions imparted from generation to generation and are justified by our climate and the way of life..."
"Russian experienced hostess hand-book" 1843

At all times, Russian feasts are well known for its hospitality. According to the famous Russian cook, Vladimir Levshin, Russian table always consists of four servings: cold appetizers, main course or soups, fried dish, cakes and drinks.

Appetizers are usually served at the beginning of every meal. Our restaurants serve popular appetizers such as fresh salads, meat and salmon jellies. The cooking method used for these dishes are based on traditional Russian recipes.

For the main course, we suggest Borsch and Solyanka which are always hot, aromatic and nourishing. For second course, we recommend dumplings. We use the best flour and home made curd to prepare our dumplings which makes it irresistible. It is best eaten and paired with sour cream.

We describe our chicken cutlets as delightful golden balls. They are made out of the best chicken meat that's why it's always tender and juicy. Our potato crockets, our current bestseller, are made out of fresh potatoes. With the addition of natural cream, can be served as garnish or separate course.

We also offer on the side, cabbage, rice, macaroni and french fries as garnish.

For those with a sweet tooth, we recommend our wonderful desserts; ice-cream, pies, jellied fruits, donuts and sweet pancakes. Your meal won't be complete without trying our dessert.

At BlinDonalt's, we use only the freshest ingredients in preparing our products. We have a strict control over the quality of our food and that's what makes our food very tasty.
